Such developments are attracting the top businesses and corporations to come and expand their operations in noida. In 2023 there are certain corporates who have leased office spaces in different projects that are developed by different developers across different locations in noida.

WeWork lease space in Alphathum

Earlier this year, WeWork India, a provider of flexible space, leased the entire commercial tower from the Noida-based Bhutani Cyberthum & its Group, covering 6.6 lakh square feet and having 25 leasable floors, for at least 18 years. The collaboration combines Bhutani Group's cutting-edge business destinations with WeWork India's inventive flexible workspace solutions to produce improved solutions that take into account how workspaces and work are changing.

WeWork Alphathum has more than 8,500 desks to cater to the rising demand for a variety of flexible workspace solutions in the noida region. The approximate monthly average rent will be Rs. 55 per square foot.

Hdfc and Infosys to lease space in Ace Capitol

India's largest bank HDFC Bank has leased 2.17 lakh square feet (sq ft) of office space in Noida for 18 years. For an initial starting monthly rent of Rs. 1.47 crore. the banking giant has leased the Ground to the Fifth Floor and the Seventh to the Fifteenth Floor in Ace Capitol, Tower I, Sector 132, Noida. the floors are leased for 18 years, from May 15, 2023, to May 14, 2041.

the company has made a security deposit of Rs. 8.87 crore. On March 24, 2023, the contract was officially registered.

Skootr leases space in Noida Max square

Premium managed office space operator Skootr has leased more than 1 lakh square feet over two floors of Max Square in Noida. Ankit Jain, Director and Co-Founder of Skootr claimed that the gradual acceleration of the return to office work has led to an increase in demand for leasing. As a result, the office sector experienced its second-highest leasing activity ever and made a stunning comeback from its pandemic lows.

Private offices, a managed collaborative space with meeting rooms, an executive suite, dialogue chambers, a wellness center, a lounge area, and a garden café will all be featured in the workspace, which will be known as "Skootr Palace Park." The company stated in a statement on March 30 that it aims to serve large multinational clients looking for customized office space.

Etherea to lease space in Bhutani Alphathum

Approximately 2 lakh square feet of office space in two buildings owned by the Bhutani Group in Noida's Sector 127 and Sector 62 have been leased by the co-working and managed office space company Etherea. Etherea already runs a co-working office space facility At Bhutani Group's Alphathum in Sector 90, Noida. 

Etherea will pay 61 rupees per square foot in rent and lease about 1 lakh square feet at each Bhutani Techno Park in Sector 127 and Cyber Park in Sector 62 noida. Overall, Bhutani group has leased out to Etherea about 4 lakh square feet of space
