Reasons To Invest In Noida Properties?

First, the question arises: Is Noida A Good Option For Property Investment?

Most of the residential homes, complexes & presence of MNCs are present and emerge all over the world; As we all know, Delhi /NCR has emerged as the fastest-growing city. People all over the Delhi NCR region are now moving towards Noida cities.

Noida (New Okhla Industrial Development Authority), an area of Uttar Pradesh that is part of the Delhi/NCR, is becoming known for its high-end residential and commercial projects. Noida is a location that will catch your eye if you are considering investing in Delhi/NCR because of the excellent work prospects, malls, clubs, residential complexes, and easy access to the capital city.

It is also Delhi National Capital which is also best known for its Suburbs.

The city was founded in 1976 when the state of Uttar Pradesh gave notice to 36 villages south of the industrial metropolis of Ghaziabad and in the southeast corner of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

The area was planned to draw industrial, IT, and technological investment with the city's notification under Sector 3 I of the UP Industrial Area Development Act of 1976. In the 2000s, NOIDA, created using a private-led paradigm, became a center for employment thanks to investments made in commercial and residential real estate by foreign and domestic developers.

Noida's Streamlined & its interconnectivity.

  • The Delhi NCR government is working hard to improve Noida's connectivity to neighboring cities, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad, as more and more individuals choose the area to buy a house and establish a permanent residence there with their families.
  • The Delhi-Noida Direct Flyway connects Noida and Delhi.
  • The Noida Sector 52, Noida City Center, Botanical Garden, and Sector 16 stations are all on the Delhi Metro's Blue line, which also travels to important locations, including Rajiv Chowk, Rajouri Garden, Janakpuri, and Dwarka Mor before concluding Dwarka Sector 21.

The more than 4,000-acre-long construction of India's biggest airport, scheduled to be finished in 2024, began in December 2018. Only 13 kilometers separate Noida from the Jewar Airport, which is being developed near Gautam Budh Nagar.

Once the airport is finished, Noida and Greater Noida residents won't have to travel to Indira Gandhi International Airport, which is around 44 kilometers away. Once the airport opens, it will accommodate domestic and foreign aircraft.
