According to the Department of Promotion and Industrial Trade (DPIIT) reports, India had 10604 startups in 2019, which increased to 34779 thrice in five years.

This rapid Growth in startups or businesses has increased the demand for commercial office space and retail shops.

Everyone in India wants to live in a posh and developed region.

India is still developing, and only some regions have the same amenities.

This is why more people are coming to posh and developed regions such as Noida, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune etc.

These cities provide the best facilities and better job opportunities. However, even among these cities, people prefer cities with Adequate water, Green Space, and AQI.
